A Peek Inside
Mystery-solving is fascinating. Using science to solve crimes requires deep critical thinking skills and imagination. One of my favorite things about forensics is how it’s applied to alot of different types of investigations, such as handwriting analysis, art forgery, cybercrime, crashes, and even answering questions like what caused the Titanic to sink so fast and King Tut to die so young. Three main themes naturally encompass the subject of forensics: the search for truth, the uniqueness of individuals, and justice based on evidence. How cool is that!

Interesting Forensic Professionals
I had the privilege of interviewing many forensic professionals for Forensics for Kids, such as J Warner Wallace, who was a cold case detective for many years. By the way, he has a background in art! He now applies the same forensic methods he used in crime solving to apologetics. Pretty interesting stuff if you want to look him up. I also spoke with others like a forensic photographer and a cyber security engineer, all highlighted in the book.
